In these cases, we are seen as the Processor of information, and the Privacy Policy of the respective venue or operator will apply. - Information you provide when communicating with us through any paper or electronic form.
2.2 Information you provide when playing online
When you play our games, we may collect information about your gaming profile, your gameplay, your interactions with others, or your use of social features.
When you participate in social features such as chat, any audio, visual, and/or electronic information that you disclose may be read, copied, collected, or used by other players, hosts, and streamers, and may become publicly available. Please make sure your privacy settings and engagements reflect your preferences.
When you participate in online multiplayer games, your in-game profile information, gameplay, and statistics are visible and may be replayed to other players in-game, on leaderboards, and at live or partner events.
2.3 Information you provide when playing in venues
When you play our games in a venue to which we provide Services (be it on land or on sea), you are subject to the venue’s Privacy Policy and practices. Please familiarize yourself with their notice for the information provided to us as part of your participation.
2.4 Other information we collect when you use our Services
We may collect other information automatically when you use our Services, such as:
- IP address;
- Approximate geolocation data (derived from IP or device settings);
- Session identifiers, to associate your account to a browser session;
- Browser information, including your browser type and the language preference;
- Details about the games or Services you purchase or obtain from us, and your use of them;
- In-app purchases made in TimePlay developed games;

We may receive information about you contained in third-party user accounts when you use TimePlay Services through third-party gaming platforms, such as those listed below. This information is provided to TimePlay as part of establishing or linking an account, which is necessary to access and engage with TimePlay Services (such as games and leaderboards). Your use of TimePlay Services through these third-parties indicates your agreement for the transfer of this information. Examples of information we receive are provided below. We never receive your credit card number or other financial information from these third-parties as part of establishing or linking a TimePlay account.
- Social Gaming Platforms. When you use third-party social gaming platforms (such as Discord or Twitch) and link your TimePlay account, we may receive information associated with your account on those platforms. Please review the Privacy Policy and notices presented to you when linking your accounts for details on the information TimePlay receives.
- Mobile Platforms. If you play or purchase our games on your mobile device or tablet, we receive information about you from the app stores and other mobile platform providers. This information may include your username or device ID and the fact that you made a purchase, as applicable, but does not include any financial information. Some of our mobile platforms may send information to us that you authorize them to provide. Our mobile games also may request additional personal information from you, such as push notification tokens, your device's specific location, or contact list, and we will collect this information only if you give us your consent.
- Venues. If you play or partake in our games inside a venue, they will provide us with your information to deliver the experience, such as your guest, loyalty, or passenger ID, your room number, and your chosen name or nickname. When you play our games in a venue (be it on land or on sea), you are subject to the venue’s Privacy Policy and practices. Please familiarize yourself with their notice for the information provided to us as part of your participation.
- Casinos. If you choose to play or use the Services in one of our partner Casinos or gaming arcades and/or participate in online gaming experiences, we may collect your personal identifiers, customer records and commercial information. We also collect information about your gaming activity, such as the games you play, duration of play, results of play, total amount wagered, and amount of winnings. We may use this information to verify your identity and age, to determine your eligibility for promotions and offers, and to communicate directly with you. - Facilitate your gameplay on multiple devices and/or platforms, as applicable;

- Authenticate and activate your games and save game-play data;

- Perform audits, transactions, and other compliance activities;
- Adhere to your preferences and to deliver content;

7. Information we Share
Except as described below, we do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties (as these processing activities are defined under applicable privacy laws):

- Quiz Licensors. We may disclose your PII and information to our Licensors (such as Jeopardy Productions Inc.) for marketing purposes where we have received your consent to do so and in accordance with applicable state, federal, or provincial laws. 8. Where We Hold Your Information
We are a global business, which means we may need to store or transfer your personal information to a country other than the one you live in. This means your Personal Information may be subject to the laws of a foreign jurisdiction including but not limited to foreign governments, courts, law enforcement and regulatory agencies. These countries may also not have the same information protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect that information as required by law, for example, by signing Standard Contractual Clauses.

Once you have verified your account ownership, you may also be required to provide your confirmation authorizing an agent to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Your right to deletion. You may delete your TimePlay account and the personal information associated with your account by contacting us at privacy@timeplay.com. If you do so, you will no longer have access to the TimePlay games or Services associated with your account. Note that TimePlay may retain information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreements, protect our legal rights, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our Services.

- Your right to correction. You can request correction of your personal information where it is inaccurate by emailing your request to privacy@timeplay.com.
- Your right to opt out or object to certain processing. You may have the right to opt out of disclosing, sharing, or selling your personal information to third parties, if applicable, or object to some processing of your data, where such requests are permitted by law.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information. You have the right to opt-out of selling your personal information to third parties. Once we receive and confirm a verifiable consumer request form from you, we will stop selling your personal information.

12. A Special Note About Children
Users of our Service must be at least 13 years old. No children under 13 are eligible to use our Service and we specifically request that persons under the age of 13 do not submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of 13. Some of our games may have higher age restrictions than 13. In these cases, you will be required to confirm that you are of age to participate.
