When you win a TimePlay prize, it automatically gets deposited into your mystuff folder. To access your prize, go to the main menu of the app and click on the mystuff button. You will see your prize listed. Prizes in mystuff need to be activated by clicking on them and following the steps to redeem.
If this is the first time you are registering for a prize, you will receive an email asking to confirm your email address. Prizes cannot be sent until you confirm. Re-check to look for this email in your inbox, or it may be in your spam folder. Once you click on the link to confirm your email, you will then be sent your prizes. If you did not receive a confirmation email, make sure your email address is correct by going to the main menu of the app and clicking on the register button. You will see the email address for which you are currently registered. If you already confirmed your email and still did not receive your prizes, check your spam folder.
Go to the main menu of the app and click on the register button. Your email address will be displayed along with a change email button. Click on change email and enter your new address. Note that when you change your email you will receive an email to confirm your address, which must be completed to receive your prizes.
You need to play until the very end of the experience, after the leaderboard gets revealed to ensure your prize gets sent to your mystuff folder; turning off your phone or switching to another application during the experience will result in you not receiving it. Also, note that prizes have expiry dates, if you do not redeem before this date the reward will be deleted from your device.
Network problems are rare but can happen with different devices at different times in any environment. Make sure you are selecting the “timeplay” network. If you are selecting the “timeplay” network but it still won’t connect, go into settings and delete or forget the network and then reconnect.
Yes, you can. New names are added to the app regularly. First, refresh the list by pressing the Wrench, then Change, Don't See Your Name and then Refresh Names. If it's still not there, request it by pressing Don't See Your Name and submitting your entry. Please note: only first names will be accepted, no nicknames or initials. Name requests will be reviewed and won't appear in real time.
Once you receive your PIN code by email, visit www.cineplex.com/timeplay, scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your SCENE number and PIN code. It can take up to 10 business days for the points to be credited to your account. Sometimes, due to higher volumes, it may take a few days longer.
There are two ways to redeem the free drink offer. You can print the coupon at home and bring a copy to the theatre the next time you go to a movie, or you can present your device with the email displayed to concessions staff. The code will be scanned / entered right from your device.
